ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Klaudia Kukla, a ceramic artist from Poland, Krakow. I have spent many years in the attic of a very old townhouse, two floors above my apartment, creating my numerous pieces of hand-made craft-mostly ceramics, which is my deepest passion.
Art has been a part of me as far back as I can remember. Since I was a little girl, I have devoted my free time to painting and drawing. Art was for me only a hobby until 1997, when I decided to quit my job in an art gallery and started to create my own handicrafts. At the beginning, for few years I was creating in salt mass and I started cooperation with lots of art galleries and craft shops throughout Poland. Few years later when I was ready to produce more creative and artistic forms, I begun my experience with clay. I took my first course, equipped my studio in the attic and began experimenting with sometimes unpredictable and unexpected forms of ceramics :)
Now, you can find my art in numerous galleries in Poland but also in Sweden, Austria and Germany. My handicraft is present in many houses of well-known and prominent personalities. I also had an exhibition in the historical museum of Krakow.
All my sculptures are unique and made with my own hands. They may be similar, but there will never be two identical ones. I also make pieces of art on individual request.
If you have any questions please write to me, I will answer you as soon as possible :)
